Ayios Demetrios Village Health and Wellness Centre (AD) will be developed in the countryside of Paphos, in a privileged location on a plot of land covering an area of about 533,000m2.

It will be an innovative and advanced medical Centre in the picturesque countryside of Paphos.

Facilities - Features

An area of 81.660m2 will be built. It can be divided into three sectors:

Medical (diagnostic Centre, rehabilitation hospital, geriatric clinic, special care home)
Touristic – including commercial (management facilities, hotel apartments (250), wellness Centre and medical spa, village piazza, (restaurants, shops, cinema, amphitheater)
Residential 9 residential bungalows (80), retirement homes (230) and luxurious villas (25).
